There are times in life when it is difficult for a person to explain what is on their mind and troubling them.
Cedar Tree Counselling is an independent counselling practice run by Julie Jeffryes, providing a confidential service to help individuals, couples or groups, to cope with these difficulties and make positive life changes.
This is achieved by being able to discuss these problems honestly, openly and in complete confidence and so deal with issues that are preventing them from achieving their goals and ambitions
The practice covers :
Bereavement & Loss Counselling
Self Esteem Counselling
Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
Work Related Issues
Julie, is a fully qualified counsellor and member of the BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists) and has a current fully Enhanced CRB check.

Apart from group therapy, counselling is on a one to one basis in person and provides a safe place to talk to unburden and be listened to, without interruption or judgement, so we do everything we can to put you at ease and progress at a pace that feels right for you.
Located at 6 Union Place, Wisbech, amid the quiet curving Georgian terrace houses, which surround the Castle gardens, the Cedar Tree Counselling rooms are very discreet, providing a pleasant and safe environment for our clients from around Cambridgeshire, Peterborough, South Lincolnshire and West Norfolk.
We also believe that the relationship between yourself and your therapist is a critical factor in the effectiveness of any therapy and for these reasons we offer a completely free first session without obligation.
We care about you the client.
We will treat you with respect and care.
We will give you time and space.
Whatever you are going through.
Whatever you have been through.
Whatever is troubling you.
